Returns

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Malizia Stretcher Inc is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection

Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Exchanges and Warranty Claims

If your product is defective or malfunctions under normal use, it may be eligible for repair or replacement under our Limited Warranty, rather than a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Final Sale Items

Any items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

                                                                                                                  WARRANTY

Malizia Stretcher Inc. (MSI) warrants that this product is free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, under normal use and service conditions.

If the product fails to function during this warranty period due to a defect in material or workmanship (under normal use and service conditions), MSI will repair or replace (at its option) the product without charge within thirty (30) days from the date the product is returned to MSI.

Additionally, for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, MSI will repair or replace (at its option) any component part found upon inspection to be defective in materials or workmanship. MSI reserves the right to replace the product or any of its component parts with new, as-new, or refurbished components or modules.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear from use
• Products or components modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized MSI representative
• Damage caused by acts of nature, accident, negligence, or failure to follow instructions

Any unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs will void this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The above obligations are in lieu of and exclude all other obligations, warranties, and liabilities, including negligence and all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise—expressed or implied by law.

MSI’s entire and exclusive liability, and the buyer’s exclusive remedy, for any claim or damages in connection with the sale or furnishing of goods or parts—including their design, suitability for use, installation, or operation—is limited to the contract price of the goods for which liability is claimed.
